Chapter 19 The Fall

• LEO'S POV
• I waited patiently for the arrival of my food, I remembered Clara's diary and continued reading. I smiled when I read that her favourite food was spaghetti, and it was the only dish she could prepare well. I thought of going to have my bath before eating, but I changed my mind because I was so engrossed in reading the diary, and I didn't want to stop. I decided to eat before bathing, then I could have a nap and wake up later in order to attend the meeting I had by 10:00pm. Someone knocked softly on my door, I could barely hear it.
• "Come in" I said with my eyes still fixed on the diary. The maid brought in my food, she gently placed on the table before leaving. I was reading the part where she said, bullying was a criminal offense to her and that she never let anyone bully her, no matter who the person was, I couldn't stop the laughter that forced itself out of my mouth. " Ohh shit, my food" I kept the diary under my pillow and went to eat, my food had become warm, it wasn't hot anymore just as I use like it. " All thanks to this diary, my food is no longer hot" I let out a sigh.
