• Tyra POV
• Alpha leaves me to handle myself. Strange, I feel weird being here all alone. I sit at the bedside after he goes. I am in the Alpha’s bed. I should pick out a room like he said and stay out of his way. He doesn’t need to have to worry with me on top of his other worries. I am sure he has a lot to do for his pack. I do not want to be a burden to anyone in any way.
• I get up and walk through the living room. This house is spotless and well decorated. I look at the walls covered in pictures of men and women. Everyone looks content and happy. I wonder what that feels like, just to be satisfied with life.
