Chapter 22

• When I get to the building, there's no sign of Leo's car, so I'm guessing he dropped Theo off some time ago, so I go upstairs to the apartment. I don't want there to be any misunderstandings between us, that I stayed with Malu doesn't mean that I have chosen him over my boyfriend.
• I think he has a point, and I must definitely let him go, no more Malu in my life.
• However, when I open the door to my apartment, there is no sign of Theo. The lights are off except for the Christmas ones, and with some hope, I go to my room; it's not there either, and that worries me, because the streets can be dangerous because of all the snow on them, although in the taxi I came we didn't see any accidents, nor did Leo's car, I assume we took different streets.
