Chapter 27

• Ashley opened his eyes when he heard a loud moan. He knew the voice belonged to his granddaughter, Calla. He rolled his eyes when he heard her again. A gruffy chuckle made its way to his ear and he quickly sat up on the bed. He then noticed that he wasn't in his room. He was at Ethan's place and the room was actually his father's room. He looked at the other side of the bed and found his father sitting on the bed, chuckling lightly. He rolled his eyes again seeing his father's teasing smirk. "Stop teasing me father." He said in an annoyed tone.
• "What? I am not teasing you son. I am just enjoying this very cute moment." Dalton replied in a teasing tone.
• "Yeah, I can see that." Ashley said.
