Chapter 15

• Calla woke up the next morning earlier than Ethan. He wasn't on the bed with her anymore. He was sleeping on the couch. Calla crawled out of the bed and went to the couch. She stood beside the couch and looked at Ethan, sleeping peacefully. She knelt down on the ground, put both of her elbows on the couch to balance herself and stared at Ethan. She was smiling looking at him. She couldn't help, he looked so cute while sleeping. "I'm not cute. Stop drooling over me." Ethan said, eyes still closed.
• Calla's eyes widened in shock. She quickly got up and was about to step away from the couch. But Ethan grabbed her hand and pulled her. She lost her balance and ended up in Ethan's lap. He sat on the couch, wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her even closer. Calla's cheeks were pink and she lost her voice. She put both of her hands on Ethan's chest to push herself off of him but it didn't work. Ethan was smirking, he knew she was struggling to get out of his hold and terribly failing. Ethan leaned in and brushed the tip of his nose with her cheek. She gasped but didn't stop him, she never knew why but she always liked the way he showed care for her. But it wasn't just care, she was sure.
• Ethan was looking at her, she was blushing hard. He found it really cute whenever she looked at him through her lashes. They were still sitting on the couch, Ethan wasn't planning to let her go that easily. But just then, Calla's stomach growled loudly. Ethan tried hard not to laugh but he couldn't control it and ended up laughing hysterically. Calla felt so embarrassed and she hid her face in her palms. Ethan grabbed her hands, removed them from her face. She looked at him, embarrassment still visible on her beautiful face. "You shouldn't feel embarrassed in front of me you know. I have even seen you naked so many times, then why just feeling embarrassed over your stomach making sounds. So many nights, you've slept in my arms and you don't know. I know every single mole on your body. " He said that with a wink.
