Chapter 8 Problem Couple

• Bryan's Pov:
• I popped my eyes out in shock....
• "What? I should sleep in the sitting room?" I asked half yelling.
• "You heard me... If you don't want to make use of the sitting room then sleep in the guest room" She said hugging the pillow tight.
• I stared at her as I burned up in annoyance.
• What kind of trouble is this?
• "Why would I sleep in the guest room? It's too dusty and besides this is my house I sleep in the masters bedroom" I said as she snored loudly.
• "If it's dusty then clean the room.... Good night!" She said as she pushed me away.
• I fumed in anger as I quickly dragged her by her two legs down the bed as she screamed aloud.
• "Let me go!" She cried as she jumped on me and we fell on the bed together.
• She fell on top of my body and sprang up immediately.
• "Get out Arianna... Use the guest room" I said as I tried pushing her but she gripped the wardrobe.
• "No Bryan..... You should leave the room for me" She said.
• "No you leave" I said as we kept arguing.
• Suddenly she stopped and stood in front of me in akimbo.
• "Fine... You said I should leave right?" She asked with a giving up tone and that excited me.
• "Yeah... Leave!" I said rolling my eyes.
• "OK... I'll pack my stuff and luggage back to my house" She said as she walked to the wardrobe and threw it open.
• "What are you doing?" I asked anxiously
• "Are you blind? Isn't it obvious? Am done... You asked me to leave" She said as I gasped.
• "What I meant was leave the room" I said as I walked towards her.
• "No freaking way... You need me more than I need you Bryan so you are gonna do whatever I want not what you want" She said as I blinked my eyes.
• "What?" I screamed crazily
• "Are you in OR out? Do you want me to leave... You will loose the whole money once I step outta here" She said as I gulped hard.
• "What the fvck is your problem? Are you blackmailing me?" I said as I breathed heavily.
• "Call it whatever you like Bryan" She said rolling her eyes.
• "Whatever! You can have the room" I said as she smiled mischievously.
• She picked up the pillow and threw it on me.
• "Shoo.... Good night or even bad night if you wish" She said as I sighed at her picking up the pillow and walked out angrily.
• "Don't forget to shut the door behind you" She said already snoring.
• "Arrrgghhh...." I groaned angrily as I slammed the door behind me.
• I walked to the sitting room with the pillow under my arm.
• Gosh....
• That Arianna is nothing but trouble for me!
• How do I even sleep here?
• I can't believe am not sleeping on a soft bouncy bed as usual.
• I placed the pillow on the couch and lay on it.
• "Ahhh... Am not comfortable at all" I said to myself rolling from one corner of couch to another.
• This is all that crazy wife of mine's fault.
• The whole night,,, I didn't stop falling from the couch each time I sleeps off.
• So annoying.
• Arianna's Pov:
• The sun rays directly from my window to my eyes as I rubbed my eyes tiredly.
• I yawned hungrily as I opened my weak eyes.
• I got down from the bed as I yanked the duvet off my body.
• I walked straight to the bathroom.
• And washed my face thoroughly before applying some toothpaste on my toothbrush.
• I brushed my teeth.
• "Am really hungry!" I yawned again as I filled the bathtub with warm soapy water.
• I took a fresh warm shower.
• Hmm... Money is really very beautiful...
• Though I hate the fact am going to be here for 21 days with Mr grumpy.
• After taking a shower,,, I quickly put on my flimsy white gown and headed downstairs to the kitchen.
• I sighted Bryan sleeping on the couch in the sitting room with a blanket over him.
• I chuckled within me.
• "Serves him right" I giggled.
• I yawned again and again.
• I need to make some food for myself.
• ********
• I quickly put on my cooking apron and made for the crate of egg.
• I brought out six eggs and broke them into a clean bowl on the slab in front of me.
• I sliced the tomatoes and fresh scotch bonnet into it.
• With a little pinch of salt,,,,, I stirred the egg.
• Wanna learn how to cook too??
• You can come over...
• I was gonna make toasted bread and fried egg for breakfast.
• Am really hungry.
• Bryan's Pov:
• I rolled from the couch to the ground as I opened my eyes.
• "Ouch!" I groaned in pains as I struggled up.
• My whole body was aching badly already.
• That Arianna is so inhumane.
• Just then,,,,, I perceived a very appetizing aroma and my mouth watered as my stomach grumbled noisily.
• "What's that smell?" I asked no-one in particular as I quickly got up and walked towards the kitchen.
• The aroma was coming from the kitchen.
• But on my way to the kitchen,,,, I sighted Arianna seated on the dinning eating.
• I licked my lips as I walked towards her.
• But to my greatest surprise,,, it was only her food that's on the table.
• "Where's mine?" I asked not even greeting her and vice versa.
• She glared hard at me and kept mute still busy eating.
• That annoyed me the more.....
• "Are you deaf?" I yelled angrily as she sipped her mug of milky tea before turning to me.
• "Don't you know what is called table manners?" She snorted aloud.
• I felt like slapping her.
• "Whatever! where's mine?" I asked eagerly as she spooned some fried egg into her mouth.
• "And why should I prepare your food?" She snapped.
• My jaw dropped in astonishment.
• "Am your husband" I said immediately
• "Fake husband... Don't ever forget to put 'fake' it's important" She sighed
• I gulped hard.
• "And so what?" I managed to say
• "And so prepare your own breakfast" She said as I arched my eyebrows.
• "Huh?" I said as she scoffed.
• "You heard me..." She sneered
• "No way! I must eat yours..." I said as we started dragging the plate.
• "Let go of my food you rascal" She groaned.
• "I won't... Let go instead" I said as we continued dragging the plate.
• "WHAT'S GOING ON HERE?" A voice said from behind and we quickly turned around startled.
• We gasped in shock.
• It was GRANDMA..........
