- Darkness. It was all around me; all consuming and everlasting.
- As a child, I had always been scared of the dark. Maybe it was the absence of the moon that made me feel like the Goddess has withdrawn her blessing from me; or maybe it was the ghostly stories that Riley used to scare me with when I was a child. But darkness was always something that frightened me…suffocated me.
