Chapter 28 Jealous heart

• Cleopatra and Cedric sat side by side in the carriage, none saying a word to the other. She looked outside the carriage admiringly at the beautiful colorful flowers that lined the entrance to the gates.
• Cedric stared at her, he was without any doubts that she was his dark empress. She was beautiful and she would be his no matter the cost, he thought to himself.
• He reached for her face and turned her face to look at him, “What is on your mind Cleopatra?”
