Chapter 23 Ocean side

Iris stared at the vanity mirror and gingerly combed her hair whilst she hummed a tune. She was in good spirits today. She had on a pale pink dress, with a corset that snatched her waist with short sleeves. She powdered her face and painted her lips.
She was going to Edgar's house to see Ivan, she turned to the basket behind her and put in a few things. She had something planned out that would bring them closer subtly. She had been blown out when she had first set eyes on him. It was love at first sight, she smiled to herself. She looked herself over in the mirror when she was satisfied with her reflection she walked out of her room.
