Chapter 31 Baby talk

• Wayne was too busy the following week, owing to the fact that he’s planning to go on a vacation with Andrea. Before that though, his mom told them to come over for Annie’s birthday. It’s a simple celebration. Just dinner. Annie wasn’t fond of parties and even went back to her room an hour after dinner was concluded.
• And so, Mrs. Anderson had time to speak with both Wayne and Andrea.
• “I mean, it’s almost a year already since you guys got married. Nine months and we haven’t heard any news yet.”
• When they frowned at her, she can only roll her eyes at them.
• “Any baby news? When am I going to be a grandmother?”
• They had expressions that says “Oh.” Then they exchanged a glance.
