Chapter 24 Chase

• I have been stressed the whole morning about Aviva’s rejected entry. I really wanted her to go but she will not believe me. How will I even work on making her fall in love with me. Will she ever forget Jack. I will have to try. Maybe I should get her a present on my way home. My phone brought me back to present, it’s Sheila my housekeeper.
• “ Yes ma” Sheila was old enough to be my mother. She was my nanny when I grew up, when it was time for her to retire she insisted on still working for me. She doesn’t do much than dust the house and cook for me. Sometimes I spend the whole week without seeing her she comes when I’m long gone and leave early. I call her ma.
• “ Your wife just left the house, you said I should update you when she leaves” She didn’t ask me to book an Uber for her.
