Chapter 24 Robber Entered

• I looked everywhere but I didn't see anyone. Maybe she saw a shadow of something. Thinking this, I started going back to my study room. But then suddenly the sound of something falling falls on my ears and I start looking around with alertness . But again there is a silence all around as if no sound has come. I again make my way back to the study room. But this time a man's voice falls on my ears, on hearing which I stop my feet. And this sound is not coming from anywhere else but from the storeroom. That's one place I haven't checked yet. I
• I didn't want to warn the thieves. That's why I started moving slowly towards the storeroom. And I tried to peek inside by opening a little part of the door. But I didn't see anyone there.
