Chapter 20 EXPLICIT

• Jason had called Rachel several times when he wasn't running drills and hadn't gotten a response from her. He called her parents and her sibling, but they went to the Islands for a five-day trip. Her mother thought maybe she was busy and if she hadn't responded by morning let them know and Calvin would fly back home. He called Rogers and told him he hadn't heard from Rachel all day and that wasn't her. Roger told him he would drive up to her place. Rogers drove out to Rachel's ranch to see that she hadn't picked up her mail, so he grabbed it and headed to her place. Her car wasn't there, and a package addressed to Jason was leaning against the door. He checked the door, and it was locked, and the lights were on. He figured she went shopping or something. He called Jason, "Her car isn't here, and the lights are on outside. She probably forgot her phone at home. If I see her car pulling in, I will tell her that you have been calling her and you were worried."
• "Thanks." Jason didn't like the idea that Rachel hadn't called anyone all day because she was a creature of habit. Though her family wasn't worried maybe she did forget her phone and that tomorrow morning she will text him and let him know he was safe. By morning there was no text no phone call from anyone. Her family called Hillard who checked her home and didn't see anything like struggle or anything. She began driving around looking for any signs of Rachel. By Sunday they were released to go home a little early and he drove straight to the house and looked around and searching and didn't see anything out of place. Her bed was made but her clothes were all there. He saw on the table a package addressed to him and he opened it and then he got a phone call from Hillard. They found her car, but she wasn't in it, and he saw her purse something she never left home with. Her car was taken in to be searched as her family came home right away. Jason went back to her house in case someone called then he remembered seeing the package and the disk. He put the disk into the player and watched as he saw Rachel being tied up and then he saw a man in solid black raping Rachel. The kidnapper even held a knife to her throat and forcing himself on her. He was seething with anger when the kidnapper left the room, the kidnapper looked directly into the camera only showing his eyes.
