Chapter 13

• Rachel going through her clothes and going through her room in general. She found her childhood's pictures and looked through every pose she did and her smile She remembered these shots and how happy she was. She still was going through old pictures when her siblings came into her room. They were talking about going to New York for the weekend and see their grandparents. She smiled but deep down she stood out from her siblings. They were whole brothers and sisters, but she was only half. Her grandparent was killed, and her father's side were murdered. Her father had chosen his lust over her mother and her. Her stepfather adopted her and though he always treated her as his own. She sometimes felt like the odd man out. For a few years it was her and her mother. She wanted a dad and siblings. She didn't feel like going to New York because of what happened on the production site. Levi was still in the hospital and of course social media was all about him. her siblings sensed her detach emotions. She was downstairs in the gym and practicing with the punching bag. Every punch and kick helped her work through the guilt she was feeling that she didn't say something sooner about the stalker. Finally, she had worked out her feelings and now she was ready for a shower and maybe to be part of the family. though her heart wasn't into dinner as everyone was talking but it was Calvin who was watching his older daughter being distant. After dinner he asked if she wanted to join in in sparring. Her father and his son would spar, and occasionally he would take time and teach her new moves and practice from the first moves he taught her to the last.
