• Even though it's almost midnight, there is still no power in our village and maybe even in other places. The storm was terrible, but granny's battery-powered radio, which must have been about my age, was still working while we listened to the news. The storm has flooded many locations, making some completely inaccessible. Even though the typhoon didn't bring wind, it got water and almost non-stop rain for 9 hours.
