- "Shani?" I asked when she didn't realize that I was behind her.
- "Eh...yeah, Arkael...this is Lionel. He's been helping me around the cottage. Big old tree and an incoming storm are never a good combination." She smiled at me, while Lionel comes and shake my hand firmly.
- Then I smiled back at him with a smirk, while wrapping my arm around her shoulder and pull her closer, and kissed her cheek.
