Chapter 36: Not so bad

• Sarah pressed her back against the wall and stuck her head out to peep over the banister. When her eyes didn't catch any sight of Damon Kalesto, she hurried down and tiptoed into the kitchen.
• Why was she moving around like ninja? Well there was only one reason why she desperately needed to do what she was doing...She needed to stay out of Damon's sight. What she did yesterday and what she said, was totally not something that would've happened had she been sober. She was an embarrassment to her own self. Which was why she had been hiding out in Trixie and Haguy's room ever since she woke up.
• And she would've been completely out of Damon's sight had one of her so-called friends brought her a bottle of water to quench her thirst. They traitorously refused to go downstairs, since apparently they too were in hiding because they thought Damon would punish them for getting her drunk. That was utterly ridiculous though. Damon was ruthless and all, but who would punish women because of something so little?
