• “Didn’t you say you’re going to accompany your fiancée?” Sage asked as I arrived at the HQ.
• I nodded and sat on the couch.
• Eunice said she can handle it and she’d send me a text once she’s almost done so I could fetch her. I don’t want to argue with her on that one.
• Somehow, I am relieved. At least she’s not clingy. It’s good that she doesn’t care because I don’t care about what she does in her life, too.
• “She’ll just text if she’s done,” I replied.
• Bradley looked at me meaningfully. “So, you finally exchanged numbers?” he wriggled his brows. “Give me her number, bro!”
