• Harrison didn’t bother to go home, he went straight to nighter’s bar.
• “Why does every girl keep choosing Jason instead of me?”, he wondered.
• When she mumbled Jason’s name in her sleep, he ignored it saying it wasn’t true.
• The same thing happened between him and Sara.
• *** Flashback ***
• Ryan McCall mansion
• ** Greece **
• 5 years ago.
• “Jason let’s go get ice cream”, Sara said to Jason who was studying in his room.
• “I don’t feel like, I will go with you later”, he said and Sara frowned.
• “Where is Harrison? I knocked in his room but there was no reply, do you know where he is?”, she asked.
• “I don’t care…… I think he is in his room or somewhere”, Jason replied nonchalantly.
• “You should care about him, he is your cousin”, she said. Hearing the word “cousin” annoyed Jason.
• He hated to be called Harrison’s cousin.
• “I hate him…… my dad is always caring for him more than me and he’s always talking about Harrison”, he said.
• “You are just being jealous”, Sara said pulling Jason from his bed.
• “Let’s go call Harrison for ice cream”
• She knocked on his room again but this time there was a reply.
• “Just leave, I am not interested in anything you want to do”
• “You see---- we should just let him be and go without him”, Jason said and Sara glared at him.
• “He’s my friend, I care about him”, she replied.
• “What am I to you?”
• “You are my friend of course”, she said turning her gaze on Harrison’s door.
• “Just friends?”
• “Yeah?”, Sara replied confused by his question.
• “Harrison please open the door”, Sara said banging the door to the extent that Harrison was forced to open the door.
• “What do you want?”
• “Let’s go out”, she said but he declined.
• “Let’s go please ----- please ---- please”, she said pouting.
• “I won’t stay out for long okay?”, he said and Jason rolled his eyes.
• “Thank you”, Sara said excitedly.
• Since then Harrison has been hanging out with them but Jason doesn’t like it.
• To him? Harrison is starting his friendship with Sara and he doesn’t like a bit of it.
• As Harrison becomes closer to Sara, Jason became more and more jealous.
• Jason couldn’t hold back his feelings for Sara anymore. The night he confessed to her was the same night he realized that Sara and Harrison were together.
• Sara didn’t expect Jason to have feelings for her but there was nothing she could do because it was Harrison she liked.
• Harrison became more and more fond of Sara. Probably because she was the only friend he had.
• Jason started avoiding Sara but Sara didn’t want her friendship with Jason to end, she tried to sort things out with Jason but he was just too stubborn.
• Apart from avoiding Sara, Jason’s hatred for Harrison grew.
• Ryan(Jason’s father) noticed what was happening and he decided to end the fight because he didn’t want anything to separate Jason and Harrison.
• “Let Jason have Sara, I don’t want any fight between you and Jason. Most especially because Jason is my son and I will do anything to give him anything he wants”, Ryan said to Harrison and he couldn’t believe his ears.
• “You want me to let go of Sara because of Jason?”, he asked perplexed.
• “Not because of Jason but because I said you should let go of her”, Ryan said icily.
• “I have been doing everything you ask of me but I can’t leave Sara”, he said firmly.
• “You won’t dare disobey me!”, he said strictly but Harrison didn’t care.
• “I can’t leave Sara”, he repeated.
• *
• “Why did you lie to me?”, Sara said in tears and Harrison didn’t understand what was happening.
• “I didn’t lie to you”, he defended.
• “You don’t truly love me. I can’t believe that you are a gangster, you kill innocent people”, she said and Harrison was dumbfounded.
• “How did she find out?”
• “I don’t understand what you are saying?”, he lied.
• “You don’t understand huh? Then explain this”, she said and showed him a video of him killing people.
• “Explain this”, she said hitting him and he said nothing.
• “Who sent this video to you?”
• “Does that matter right now? I can’t believe that I was with a killer all this while”, she said.
• “Sara please let me explain”, Harrison said but she cut him off.
• “We are breaking up”
• “Please just one chance to explain”, he pleaded.
• “I am done with you and I will expose all your deeds to the cops”, she threatened.
• “Please don’t let anyone know this, your like will be in danger”, he said but Sara was done listening to him.
• “I can only be in danger when I am with you, I need to save everyone from people like you”, she fired and walked away.
• Harrison realized that Sara’s life was in danger but she wouldn’t give him a chance to say anything.
• After a week, Harrison didn’t hear from Sara until Jason talked about her?
• “You are a total failure, you don’t deserve Sara. I am glad that she realized that you are not the right person for her but I am”, he said.
• “Did Sara tell you anything?”, Harrison asked.
• “She said she made a mistake by choosing you and she has chosen me”, Jason said.
• “That’s all?”, he asked to confirm if Sara told him about the video.
• “Are you expecting that she will come back to you? It’s not possible”
• “Please tell me where Sara is, I want to see her. I went to her house, I didn’t see her”, Harrison pleaded not only pushing him.
• “Stay away from Sara or else, you will regret coming here to Greece”, Jason threatened but it meant nothing to Harrison.
• “Don’t you care about Sara? I need to see her”, Harrison shouted at Jason holding him by his collar.
• Jason finally released himself but he punched Harrison in the face.
• “Don’t you think of seeing Sara”, he said.
• “Something bad might happen to Sara if I don’t see her”
• “Stop this nonsense, Harrison!!! Just let go of Sara already, she doesn’t want to be with you”, Jason fired.
• “Sara will die if you continue to prove stubborn, I will make sure I kill her personally”, Ryan said to Harrison.
• “What?”
• “You heard me right…… I won’t spare her life because of three reasons”, he said.
• 1. She’s the reason you are fighting with Jason and the reason you no longer listen to me
• 2. She knows your secret and had threatened to report you
• 3. She’s your weakness and I don’t like weaknesses.
• “You are willing to kill your friend’s daughter because of all that?”, Harrison asked surprised.
• “Am sure by now she should be dead”, he said checking his wrist watch and Harrison’s eyes widened.
• “You asked someone to kill her?”
• “I don’t like distractions and disturbance”, he replied nonchalantly.
• “Why?”
• “I like the cold Harrison, the one that doesn’t care about anything or anyone. I want you to be very cold, rude and notorious”, he replied.
• Harrison tried calling Sara but she wasn’t picking up.
• “Don’t waste your time, I just received a message that the person I sent there has gotten to her house”, he said and Harrison gritted his teeth trying to contain his anger.
• Harrison rushed out of the house to go the Sara’s.
• When he got there, she was lying helplessly on the floor in a pool of her own blood. She has been stabbed.
• “Sara please hang in right there, please don’t die”, he pleaded
• “H... Harrison”, she struggled to call.
• Harrison called the ambulance and he saw the shadow of someone and he chased the person but before Harrison left the house, Jason saw him.
• Jason came to check on Sara but meeting in almost died gave him the biggest shock in his life.
• He ran to the place he saw Harrison but he was gone.
• “What happened Sara?”, he asked but there was no reply.
• “J…Jason, …... . Ha... a... rrison”, she called again with a weak voice.
• “He did this to you? He stabbed you”, Jason said bitterly as he began to cry.
• Just as he was about to call the ambulance, the ambulance arrived.
• “Sara I won’t forgive Harrison for what he did to you”, he said to her but she was only shaking her head. She was unable to talk.
• ** End of flashback **
• Harrison sat down thinking of what happened five years ago. How could he forget?
• He can never forget that it was his uncle that was responsible for the death of the girl he ever loved.
• He thought of Elena and he could see that what happened five years ago wants to repeat itself.
• Harrison doesn’t love Elena but there’s an attraction he has towards her that he can’t explain himself
• Elena is so different from Sara but Harrison could see Sara in her.
• Apart from the pain, he went through when Sara died, Jason never stopped reminding him about her death.
• He was accused of killing Sara. Jason took him to jail but he spent two years there.
• Harrison was found guilty because all the evidence pointed to him and Jason testified against him.
• Ryan was supposed to release him but he wanted to punish Harrison for going against him because of Sara.
• Harrison hated himself for going to Greece but it was his parents that took him forcefully there.
• From the bar, Harrison went to visit Sammy in the hospital, his condition was normal but he was still unconscious.
• Harrison may lose everyone in the world but never Sammy.
• Even when Harrison was in jail for two years, Sammy was the only one that was there for him. Sammy too was there when Sara left him.
• Harrison prayed silently for Sammy’s health.
• Sometimes Harrison would want to help Sammy to leave the red dragons because it is a place of hell but the rule is that if one decides to leave, he will die with his family.
• From the hospital, he went home and he met Elena.
• He passed her and he went to his room.
• He didn’t want to talk to her because he saw how his presence made her very scared and afraid.
• Seeing her this scared of him hurt him and made him what exactly Jason had said about him.
• After a week of living with her, he will decide either to let her go or he should fight for her till his last breath.
• He will ask for a divorce when he decides to let her go but for now, he has to keep her away from Ryan and Jason.
• Elena sat on her bed, she couldn’t sleep not after what happened today.
• Somehow she blamed herself for what happened. Either her marriage with Harrison was forced or not, Harrison is her husband.
• Whatever thing she has for Jason was not supposed to be because it is called cheating.
• She’s cheating on Harrison.
• “I am no different from Josh. He cheated on me with my friend and I am cheating on Harrison with his cousin”, she muttered.
• She was very hurt when she caught Josh cheating on her and she wondered how Harrison was feeling.
• She touched her head and she was burning. She was having a terrible headache.
• She closed her eyes to get some sleep but the headache didn’t allow her to. She rolled and rolled on the bed but it wasn’t the solution.
• She thought of drinking milk. She prepared the milk inside water and drank it but there was no difference.
• “what are you doing here?”, Harrison's cold voice sent shivers to her body.
• “Am not feeling too well”, she replied trying to avoid his eyes which she did successfully.
• He moved close to her and she moved back. He stopped seeing how afraid she was.
• “I will take you to the hospital”, he offered.
• She wanted to agree but she remembered Jason’s warning.
• *stay away from him*
• “No…. no I am fine thanks, I have almost gone”, she replied and he nodded tho he wasn’t convinced.
• He looked at her one last time and went back to his room and Elena released a deep breath.
