• I took a deep breath as I leaned on the back of my door. I shut my eyes forcefully to calm my nerves down. My heart is beating so fast and the image of him waiting in front of the elevator is going to kill me tonight. It will be etched in my mind and would leave me sleepless tonight…again.
• I didn’t know how long I was standing behind my door. I didn’t know how long has my heart been slamming so loud and hard against my chest. I only went back to my conscious self when I heard my phone ringing.
