Chapter 8 He is my crush

• Suzy Dee POV
• "Where are you going." A voice asked me from behind and I halt in my step. I turned around to see the boy I have decided to make mine, standing right close to me with his glittering eyes and eyes.
• "Jeffery," I called out his name with a smile on my face. "I want to drop this not off at the library." I lift the note I was holding up for him to see.
• He walks closer and looks down at the note in my hands. "Can I see them?" He asked.
• "Yeah, sure." I hand them to him and he glances at each one of them, it allowed me to look at his face and I noticed he had long lashes and a straight nose, he is so handsome.
• "These are a good book, the author is a great philosopher." He told me and I smile like a dummy, this is one thing you do when you start falling in love. "You did good in the riddles, I was impressed by how many you answered correctly." His eyes danced with a smile as he stares at me.
• "I love riddles." I lied, I was just lucky today, lucky to get those answers and it seems heaven was working in my favour, because I answered some riddles correctly I am standing here with my crush, soon to be my boyfriend.
• "You remind me of my childhood friend." His word made me stop smiling immediately. "She loves riddles and can answer a lot, even the hardest , I am sure no one can beat her to it now." He smiles.
• It annoyed me, he was thinking of someone else, and even saying I can't beat her to it, it made me curious, curious to know who this student could be. "What's her name if I may ask?" I put on a smiling face as I mean well for whoever it will be.
• "Cindy White." He told me and I was stunned.
• "Cindy White?" My eyes shone in surprise, could it be the Cindy White that was in our class.
• " Yes." He answered like he knew the question I had just asked in my head. "What's that expression on your face?" He asked me and I quickly forced a smile.
• "Oh, I am just surprised, it is a pretty name ." I lied and looked away.
• "Yes, it is."
• How could it be Cindy White and yet he doesn't know. I look at him, I was wondering what the reason would be, why he couldn't recognize her as his childhood friend and what she meant to him.
• I can't let him know now, the look in his eyes was like he loves her like he is yearning for her, I won't let him know, he has started falling in love with me, I have to make Cindy leave this school and his life for good.
• "We are here Suzy." His voice pulled me away from my thoughts and I realised we have arrived at the school library.
• "Oh. Thanks." I smile and he hands me the books. "Then, I will drop this off and be right back," I told him and went in, few minutes later I was out again.
• "Let's have lunch together Suzy." He told me.
• I smile, now he was inviting me for lunch, it was rather interesting, he was gently leading me on, I just need to make him mine faster. "Okay."
• The bell went off and school was offering, a crowd of student walked out of the big gate, chatting, playing and talking about different topics as they left.
• "Cindy! Cindy! Wait up." Kelly called out as she ran to catch up with Cindy.
• Jeffery heard the name a stop in his track, he turns around to find the person. "Cindy?" He muttered, looking around, but because of the crowd leaving the gate, it made it hard for him to locate the person.
• "Kelly, is there a problem?" Cindy asked her when she came close breathing heavily.
• "Yes," Kelly said when she finally caught her breath. "Yes."
• "What is it?" Cindy asked curiously.
• "I am kidnapping you." Kelly held her hands and dragged her along.
• Cindy chuckled. "You are funny, where are you taking me to now?" She asked with a smile on her face as she follows her.
• "We are going shopping, Janet is waiting outside the gate." They walked past Jeffery who saw them and looks away, he turns around to continue making his way out of the gate.
• "I must be hallucinating now." He shook his head and walked away.
• "Cindy and Kelly, let's go." Janet who stood by her driver's car called them over, they all got into the car and the driver drove off.
• "What do you want to buy?" Cindy asked her.
• "It is a secret ," Janet told her and then, silently they enjoyed the ride to the shopping mall,when they got there, the place was big and filled with amazing things.
• Janet and her friends browse through pretty dress, Janet checked many out in the mirror and Cindy still wonder what the occasion was. "Cindy, pick the best party dress that will suit you," Janet told her while checking out another pretty red dress, she showed Kelly who gave her a thumbs up.
• "Whose party are we attending?" She asked, knowing that her friends were not celebrating their birthday and they would tell her before now, she got the date of their birthday and parties they do celebrate and none close up.
• "It is Suzy Dee's," Kelly said while life a beautiful black dress, she loves black dresses and they tend to suit her beautifully, she looked at her image in the mirror and seems to love it, like they were so happy.
• "Suzy is celebrating a party?" Cindy asked, looking from Kelly to Janet and also the thought of Jeffery being there too.
• "Yes, and it is this Saturday, she will be handing out invitation cards tomorrow, it will be a blast, "Janet added.
• "You both love parties." Cindy smile. "Like, she hasn't even invited you yet and you're already shopping for the party dress."
• Janet turns to face Cindy. "She has to invite me, I am her relative remember?" Janet was Kelly's cousin sister, though Janet was more humble and friendly than Suzy.
• "Okay, if so, then let's get the party dress," Cindy told them and they chuckled, glad that she was done with her questions,they take turns checking out dresses and picking out outfits that will be awesome for the birthday party.

• Suzy and her friends went around handing out the invitation cards for her birthday party. Suzy walked over to Russeli and gave him a card. "You will come, won't you?" She asked.
• Russeli smiled and accepted the card. "Since you're inviting me."
• Suzy scoffed and lean on his desk. "I am only doing this for my friends." She told him honestly, her friend Vera has a deep crush on Russeli and have begged her to come over and invite him herself.
• Russeli signed and stretched the card back to her. "Then take it back, you are the one having a party, not your friends."
• Suzy flashed him a smile. "Okay, you have to come, I am the one inviting you and I want to see you there." She told him and walk away.
• Russeli scoffed. "Acting all high." No wonder she was called a devil fairy princess.
• "You should be grateful she came to you by herself," Chris told him, the Kelly they all know won't do that, she only send her errand girls.
• "I don't care." Russeli tossed the invitation card on the desk.
• "But you would go?"
• "Since you, both will come along." Russeli nod.
• "Why not, I want to see all the pretty girls," Chris told him, they knew that at a party like this, everyone will want to dress their best, and it will give them the perfect opportunity to do what they must.
• "Cindy will be the prettiest." Russeli looked over at Cindy who was jotting things down on her notebook.
• "I know she is very pretty,"Awson said in affirmation.
• "Everyone knows, it is just because Suzy's parent's wealth is making her feel high and pretty, but Cindy is more pretty," Chris stated the obvious.
• "Suzy, is Russeli coming?" Vera who had asked her to personally invite Russeli asked expectantly .
• "Yes, he would, since I invited him for you." Suzy turns to her friends as she marks out the ones she had given with Vera grinning from ear to ear as she stares at Russeli.
• "Would you invite the mean girl? "Bella asked.
• Suzy looked over to the left corner of the class and there they were, she smiled broadly, turning back to her friends. "Of course, it would make the party more fun with all of them present." Her friends chuckled , this was more like Suzy.
• "I have to find Jeffery and invite him too." She took out a special card and hands the rest to her friends. "Invite his friends and the rest while I go find him okay."
• "Okay girl." They said and she got up, leaving the class in search of Jeffery with a big goofy smile on her lips as she keeps repeating how she will make him hers, in her head.
• Suzy's POV
• I came out of the classroom in search of Russeli, I want to be the one to invite him since it will be another opportunity to see and talk to him. "Jeffery!" I called out when I saw him about to head upstairs.
• He turns around at the sound of his name and he smile when he saw me . "Suzy." He said softly as I walked over to him, having him call my name brought joy to my heart.
• There were few students around and most of them turn to look at me, I know they were not happy to see me with the boy they have suddenly fallen for, but I didn't care, I love the attention and want them all to see that I am the only one he can look at and talk to.
• "Do you have few minutes to spare?" I asked with a cute smile on my lips, I noticed few students frowning, they were surely angry and maybe waiting for him to reject me.
• "Yeah sure." He smiles and leads the way, I glance back and gave the girls that were now retreating a big sarcastic smile.
• We both went up to the rooftop and sat down on a bench, it was an amazing view from up here and you can see the whole school from up here, the amazing view and the peace. "The scenario is beautiful," Jeffery said softly.
• I look at him, his smile is enchanting and the sun made him look more handsome, to me, he is glowing like the morning ray. "Yes, if you stay here, you can see many houses." I pointed in the left direction . "My house is over there." I know he may not want to know, but I still felt that I should show him.
• He looks over to the direction I pointed and I was sure he could see the rooftop, since my house was not too far from school and also stands out. "Where is yours?" I asked him, to engage him in the conversation.
• "Over there." He pointed towards the right, looking from here I knew it would be a little bit far from school and I knew he was from a rich home, just by his looks and everything. "You said you have something to say to me."
• "Ah." I turn my face to him, I have almost forgotten why I was here, well, I have wanted to prolong our time together. "Here." I gave him the card and he looks at it and then at me. "My birthday invitation card, I want you to come to celebrate with me, it's on Saturday."
• "So thoughtful of you, I will be there." He told me with a gentle smile. "I miss New York parties."
• I chuckled, I was glad to be the first to also invite him to a party, at least it will be one to be remembered. "How was California?"
• He put down the invitation card and look at the horizon, he hesitated for a while before speaking. "It was okay, at least the place is beautiful and filled with live entertainments, but I still miss here."
• "When were you sent over there?" I asked, I know I was prying, but I am curious to know more about him and his past.
• "If you say when it is a long time ago." He looks at me, picking up the invitation card I just gave him as he looks at it again. "I was six years old then."
• "You were so young then." I was surprised, he had left so early which made me more curious. "If I may ask, why did you leave?"
• He exhaled softly and smile at me. "Well...just something urgent." I pressed my lips together, I know he said this simply because he doesn't want to tell me about it , well I will get to know it as we get more close. "We better head back to class now." He said as he stood up.
• I knew that the topic was over and our stay here together was too, I got up and we head back to class quietly. "Thanks again for inviting me." He told me when we got to the entrance of the class.
• "It's okay ." I smile and we both went into the class. I went to the front of the class and clap my hands to get the attention of the class and every one turn their eyes to me. "Class, I hope you all have received the invitation, I will be happy to see you all there, okay?"
• "Yes, fairy princess!" They all chorus with a smile and I was excited that I got to be the lead in this class. I walked back to my seat and my friends turn to me.
• "How did it go?" Bella who loves hearing gossips asked me and I smile, gently touching my hair.
• "We talked for long," I said and looked over to Jeffery who was now talking to his two friends, he looks so awesome, even the way he sits was sexy.
• "I see your love life is working out," Vera told me .
• "I told you both that he is mine." I didn't bother to look at them, gazing at Jeffery was getting to be my new favourite hobby.
• Just then a very important thing strikes into my memory and I turned to my friend with an amazing smile. "Girls, we got to go shopping today." They both smile broadly, I knew I have to dress to impress.
