- "Are you… Heather Montgomery?" A female voice sounded on the other end of the phone.
- Heather thought she had dialed the wrong number, so she took a glance at the number on her phone screen.
- "Your brother isn't awake yet. Are you in Ockford now? I'll come to pick you up," said the woman.
