• Taylor gets into her car and the driver takes her to the Microsoft headquarter which is the Gate's largest office and according to Nancy, Taylor's personal assistant, the companies had not been handed over to Rory because it was his right, but because he had gotten married to Paris.
• The two families had agreed on giving their positions over to their children after marriage, Paris was the only child of Paul Allen and Rory was the only son of Bill and Melinda Gate and the one with the right mind and strategy to run the Gate's company worldwide. Since it was his right after marriage, it would not be taken from him even after he began to squander it away. The only solution that existed was to seek Taylor's helps, who was known for her wisdom to help save companies from bankruptcy and the Gate's company was already deep in bankruptcy and so after four years of talking and advising Rory, Melinda decided to seek help.
• Melinda decided to offer Taylor a proposal, save the Gate's company and have an equal share as Rory John Gate in the company. That was an offer Taylor couldn't refuse she knew it wasn't going to be easy as the Gate company wasn't like the other companies she had to use her strategies to save and pull back up, it was larger and bigger and wider in prospect and she knew she had to put more work into this company.
