Chapter 6

• She discovered a lot of things about Jett Alejandre. He could be sweet, thoughtful and coaxing but super demanding and possessive. She couldn’t help shaking her head. He wasn’t her boyfriend yet but he was already territorial but to her surprise, he made a lot of effort to woo her. He already met her parents and her sister. When her mom and dad asked him about his bad reputation as a model and his rumoured womanizing, Jett told them that those were just an image created for him by his agency and he was going to stop modelling for her. His charm made her parents approved of him finally. She didn’t expect that he would be consistent in courting her. He even showed that he was a gentleman! He never attempted to kiss or touch her. He only held her hand to help her get out of the car. He had also been showering her and her family with presents. They kept on telling him to stop sending them all kinds of expensive gifts but he insisted. Her mother was taken by his thoughtfulness. One thing she noticed was that the clothes he gave her were either plain looking or one size bigger. When she asked him the reason, he just said that he didn’t like other men looking at her. At first what he said gave her the creeps but since she hadn’t seen him being violent, she eventually relaxed a bit. He was very patient and loving most of the time. It was just that when other men threw her a glace, his expression became woody though he never said anything. She had come to accept that side of him since his good sides outweighed the bad. No one was perfect anyway. Her older sister Andrea was her chaperone when they went out on dates as demanded by their parents who were a bit conservative. Several times, some of his female fans flocked around him or got his attention but he would always apologize to her and Andrea. He was very nice to his fans. Once, he even introduced her as his girlfriend which made her giddy but of course she masked her feeling. Another thing that she liked about him was he seemed to be really thinking of the future. He had been training how to handle his family's businesses under his cousin, Nicolo. His older brother Troy was the manager of their convenience stores, gas stations and different factories in the Philippines . The Alejandres were also into real estate. Her own family had businesses too but Jett’s family was way richer and more successful. He said that he would let her meet his parents when they visit the Philippines.
• She couldn't help but smile before entering the studio. She was a little late because Kat opened the studio. She would have a photo shoot in a few hours at the mall near AshKat. She opened the door and she almost reprimanded Kat when her shrill and excited voice thundered in the room . She was about to do that but several dozens of flowers in the studio caught her attention.
• "Oh my gosh Ash! Does Jett want you to open a flower shop? You are so lucky to have such a hot and thoughtful suitor! Imagine the Jett Alejandre being smitten? Well I can’t blame him! You are so sexy and gorgeous yourself! You are a match made in heaven! If I were in your shoes I would say yes to him now before any of his female fans seduced him! I mean look at these photos of him from IRM!” Kat showed her the screen of her smart phone.
