Chapter 100 Preparation

• I was asked to report to the dean's office shortly after finishing my meal in the cafeteria. To perform at the level of an ace requires an incredible amount of effort. I am constantly required to complete a number of errands, and, if I am being completely honest, this is slowly draining the energy out of me. Miaree is not here with me because she needs to return to the classroom where we are having the next part of the lesson because it is almost time to begin. As I was walking to the dean's office, I became aware that those looks will now follow me wherever I go. It doesn't matter where I go, they will always be there. It was a little strange, but there was no reason to be concerned about it. I just feel uncomfortable sometimes.
• When I walked up to the door of the dean's office, the assistant to the dean greeted me and said, "The dean is waiting for you inside." As soon as I walked in, I noticed the dean was enjoying one of her go-to drinks while she was sitting on the sofa.
