Chapter 7 Your Majesty

• (Melrose POV)
• "Mel calm down lets explain quietly." My mom said as they tried to unlock themselves from the ice spell that froze all their body in place allowing their mouth to speak only, but failing at the effort even with all their powers, when I entered the room and subconsciously released the ices, didn't know that it also froze them in place if not for my light scripture telling me as I decided to start calling him to his annoyance saying that "I am degrading his capability".
• "Mel..." My dad called out again looking panicked at me as their faces is now turning white, noticing this I became nervous and quickly asked my mind script how to unbind them.
• "How do I undo the spell?" I asked him inwardly 'Just wave you hand and will the ice to disappear like you are communicating with a person' he said, I did just that effortlessly and it worked, my parents breathed out a sigh of relieve as they made their way to the nearest seat to sit down, the same with the four strangers, they are all beautiful, two male and female all with long raven dark hair, but before they all sit, the last of the male waved his hand and something with brown color covered the whole mansion and he breathed out as he sit down.
• "What was that?" I asked the guy that did the brown thing and he froze at my question "I...It's a..." he started to stutter and I wondered why because he is matured enough not to, he has dark eyes, long raven hair, sharp jawline and tall figure with also a dark rope that is reaching his ankle just like the headmaster's but this one looks more silky and soft so, why would a handsome man stutter in front of me.
• "Mel..., he wanted to say that it was just a barrier to prevent anyone from barging in or overhearing us." My dad said "I don't think that that was useful because I heard all of you loud and clear from outside the house. " I said and they all looked shocked.
• "That is one of your special abilities?" My mom spoke, more like a question but sound somewhat sure "What do you mean special abilities?" I asked making them recover from their state as my mom cleared her throat and started to explain.
• "Mel you are not human." she said and stopped as if waiting for me to look shocked but when I didn't, she breathed out another sigh and continued, I mean why would I be human when I can disappear and appear anywhere.
• "We, people from Azura have powers more like magic but it's not magic because we can do what magicians cannot, all of us have our original powers from birth and then one or two special abilities, like zach here, his original powers or specialty is wind and he has two special abilities one is the ability to appear and disappear just like you did but yours has no flaw and is not everyone from our plane can appear and disappear without drawing portal runes which take some minutes to finish so, as you see, in fighting it's not useful, and his other ability is the ability to speak and hear languages that he didn't know from different planets as long as he willed himself to hear it, but if he wants to hear more or different languages at the same time, he would have to use his strength which is the longer he forces himself to last the more he consumes his powers that is why it's not called original power but ability, it's is special and useful because non can do it if it's not ones ability and Zach also has an addition to his barrier power that enables him to block out sound and invasion from outside the barrier which he just did now, of course all this are not part of his specialty wind." My mom said smiling as I take everything in.
• "And what do you think is my ability?" I asked her but she couldn't explain as she looks unsettled but I waved her off saying that she should forget about it, she nodded and turned to look at the others as if waiting for any signal from them, they nodded and she turned to face me again, my dad was the one who spoke this time.
• "Melrose we are not your parents but your guardians, your parents are far more mightier than you think." My dad said and looked at my mom with sorrowful eyes.
• "Mel, you are also a very powerful being, that's why you are being sent to earth to be protected till you reach eighteen years when your powers will Awaken." my mom said crying "I wish this day would not come, because I don't want to loss you Mel..." she added as she cried, the others look at the wall clock and stood up.
• "Which is tonight, Your Majesty. " They all said at once as they bowed in front of me leaving me stunned.
• Just then the time reached 12:00 Am and instantly I began floating in the air and they all gasp "I have never seen an awakening like that." my dad said as four thick blinding golden light that can reach the sky from the ground appeared and entered inside of me, I felt like some invisible chains inside me snapping as shine like sun and they all covered their eyes, I let out a scream and blank out.
• I woke up to the whisperings of people and I deduced two different voices as my parents or 'guardians, now I know why my light scripture called them guardians instead of parents', I opened my eyes and they all stopped, I looked around to see that I was still in the livingroom chair, I turned to them and they stood frozen as if they were about to be executed.
• "Why are you all standing like that." I asked them and they all went to their seats, I turned to my guardians "mom, dad, I want you to tell me all information that you know or have about me." I said and they nodded whilst saying "Yes your Majesty." and take their seats.
• "Weird." I said inwardly and then the script chuckled "wait what?.."
