Chapter 21

Joseph couldn’t believe that Olivia was pregnant. He kept wondering how that was even possible. He kept thinking of possible options but he couldn’t make out any. Joseph wondered if that was the reason why Olivia stopped replying his letters. He needed answers because being ignorant of everything was driving him insane. He had asked his parents if they had any idea how Olivia’s pregnancy came about, instead of giving him answers, they asked him to go talk to her. Joseph didn’t want to see Olivia because he was presently mad at her. He couldn’t believe she would betray him in such a way. He then decided to go confront his brother about it since they were now friends. He would have an idea of what happened.
Joseph went to Joseph’s place later that day. They were now both seated on the couch in Jordan’s living room.
“Jordan, I need to know what happened to Olivia when I was away.” Joseph began.
