Chapter 5 Mom's happiness!

• Teja POV:-
• I don't know what should I do?
• My mind is a mess.
• One side is telling me to say yes just sake of your mother.
• The other side is telling me to say no and run away.
• I look at uncle and aunt seriously.
• They are looking at me with hopeful eyes.
• I turned and saw mom, and bubbly. Their eyes tell me that they will support me in my every decision.
• No one knows the reason behind this marriage.
• Of course, Uncle and Aunt want me their daughter-in-law as they thought that I bring happiness to their family.
• I know our talk very well in the hospital after my first miscarriage.
• Flashback:-
• When Tanish left me and Akaash talked to me.
• They entered with mom.
• " Uncle, aunt. I am sorry. I can't save your grandchild. Even, I know you felt disgusted towards me. I slept with your son. You always treated me as your daughter, but I did that thing with your son. I am sorry. " I apologized and lowered my face in shame.
• I felt someone come to me and gently put their fingers on my chin and force me to look at them.
• I saw it was the uncle.
• I lost control of my emotion and started crying while hugging him.
• He sat beside me and let me cry on his shoulder.
• Aunt come and patted my forehead telling me to cry my whole heart out.
• When I stopped, They wiped my tears.
• Aunt said, " Teja, we knew, what happened between you and my son. Don't worry. It was not your fault. " Aunt explained, and I sighed in relief.
• " If we tell you honestly, we want you as our daughter-in-law, since we met. But, you want to pursue your goals, and we don't have any problem with it. " Uncle confessed, and I looked at them with disbelief.
• " But, why??? " I asked, and they smiled.
• " You have that capability, no one has. " Uncle said, and I looked at him with confusion.
• " What do you mean? " I asked.
• " Teja, you changed our son completely. He stopped sleeping with random girls. He started spending his time with us. He shared his everyday school incident with us. He focused on his studies. I mean he is perfect before but, he wants to achieve something for you. He wants to show you his capability. " Aunt explained, and I was shocked.
• " You give our home happiness. You are perfect for him. " Uncle said, and I didn't say anything.
• I don't know what to say. They explained everything.
• I like him too, even I saw sadness in his eyes, when I rejected him.
• I think we should give each other a chance.
• When he comes to meet me again, I will say yes to him.
• I called him those 12 days one time daily. But, he never picked my calls and what happened in school changed my mind.

• Now, they don't know, they want to give to a devil, who will destroy my life.
• " Can you give me some time to think? " I asked and without waiting for their reply, I left.
• I know, the devil will get angry with me, but I am breaking inside.
• I don't want to show anyone my miserable state. I want to be alone for some time.
• But, after one minute, I heard my room's door open and revealed Tanish.
• He is looking so angry, his eyes are bloodshot and the temple is showing his veins from the sides.
• He comes towards me with predatory steps and I was shifting behind until was touched my back.
• I am stuck between Tanish and the wall.
• I tried to come out from the side, but he put his hands on my bicep and pushed me to him.
• " How dare you? Why didn't you say yes immediately? Do you want to suffer your mother and Bubbly's life? " He asked, and I shook my head as no.
• I am scared of his anger.
• Why am I scared of him?
• I made myself so strong, then why?
• " N... No, it's not like that, Tanish Ji... Vo " I said but he applied pressure in my hands, which made me yelp.
• Thank god I wore full sleeves, Kurti, so no one was able to see my bruise.
• " Then, why didn't you say yes? " He yelled.
• I flinched by his voice and controlled my tears.
• " Because I am marring the man, whom I don't want to marry. I want the courage to say yes. " I explained and trying to release my hands from his grip.
• He pushed me to the bathroom and yelled, " So, you don't want to marry me, huh!!! "
• I closed my eyes and said, " Please, leave me, you are hurting me. "
• He loosened his grip lightly but, didn't leave me.
• " Why? Why don't you want to marry me? Am I that bad for you? Since school, you have always whoring around. But, I love you. But, you rejected me not once, but twice.
• Why? " He asked and his words my blood boil.
• " Love, it's not love, Mr. Tanish Kashyap. It's your ego. Your obsession. I saw obsession in your eyes since I come back. Do you want to know the reason? Because I rejected you. It hurt your male ego. " I yelled, and he becomes shocked.
• " I whore around in school, when? " I asked.
• " Just because I talked to my friends, patted their backs, enjoying my time. I am whoring around, you took my virginity. Still, you think, I am a whore. Hah!!! " I yelled and he got angry.

• Everyone screamed in excitement.
• Tanish come to me and hugged me in front of everyone.

• I felt uncomfortable, I tried to maintain distance, but he gripped my shoulder.
• " Love, Don't move, or you don't like the consequence. " He said in my ear, and I fake smiled at him.
• " Oh God, love is in the air. " Bubbly said, and I blushed.
• They made us sit and start doing the rokka ceremony.
• Aunt put a red dupatta on my head.
• Then wear me tikka and rice grains between my eyebrows.
• Then, my uncle and aunt gave me a silver coin.
• " Aunt, why are you giving me this coin? " I asked.
• " Because it's a tradition in roka. That we have to give the bride a silver coin. " Aunt replied, and I nodded.
• Mom completed the ceremony with Tanish and gave him 11 rupees.
• " I think, we should call our priest for the auspicious day. " Mom said, and everyone nodded.
• They called the priest and show our horoscope pages to them.
• He looked at the horoscope cards and said, " 36/36 points matched. Today is 15 February. So, 31 March is perfect for marriage and 1 March is perfect for their engagement. " He dropped the bomb, and I closed my eyes trying to control my tears.
• My birthday is becoming my curse.
• I lost my reputation on that day, my child lost, now my hell starts on my birthday.
• This birthday going to become hell for me.
• " Wow, they got married to Teja's birthday. Good!!! Congratulation, dear!!! " Mom congratulated me and smiled excitedly.
• I smiled at her, and we touched and took blessings from everyone.
• Bubbly hugged us and teased us.
• I blushed, at her teasing and everyone laughed.
• I saw everyone laughing and enjoying.
• This made me happy that at least everyone is happy.
• If my sacrifice gave everyone happiness, then I don't have any problem.
• " Okay, then we will arrange 29 March their Haldi, 30 March Chaack Bhaat, and ladies sangeet. What do you, Kaya? " Aunt asked, and mom nodded happily.
• " Sure, Rajshree. " Mom said, and I said.
• " Mom, but you will not do any work and you have to start your treatment as soon as possible. " I said, and aunt and uncle got confused.
• " What type of treatment? " Uncle asked, and I closed my eyes.
• " Mom is suffering from Blood cancer. " I confessed, and I heard three gasps.

• " Okay, then we are leaving. " Aunt said and I sighed in relief.
• But, Tanish broke my hopes.
• " Aunt, can I take Teja to a date? " He asked.
• " Tanish, I can't go with you. I have an appointment with the doctor. I have to take mom the hospital. " I explained, internally pleading with him to leave me alone for now.
• " We can go together Teja. After meeting. we can go for a perfect date. " He explained, and mom nodded happily.
• " Okay, Tanish. You go on a date with your fiance. " Aunt declared, and I nodded.
• I guess, today is going to be hell for me.
