Chapter 7 The date

• GOLDEN HIGH SCHOOL*
• " What do you think you are doing?" He asked in gritted teeth.
• She stared at him, batting her lashes. The students were just staring, wondering what's going to happen next.
• They couldn't do anything after all they were not up to their class. Nobody wants to interfere or else they will suffer greatly for it.
• " Let go of me!" She said,
• She kept wriggling her wrist, trying to get it out of his grip but it seems his grip is too tight, that's why it didn't budge.
• He looked at her as he shook his head sideways. " What are you going to do if I don't?" He asked with a smirk and continued
• " Oh, I get it. You will beat me."
• She scoffed as she tapped her legs on the floor, using the other hand to hold her waist. Everyone could tell it's a warning but being the stubborn and fearless Leo he is, he didn't budge rather he tightened his grip on her wrist.
• " You should be ashamed of yourself Leo, what kind of human are you? Let go of me before I do something nasty!" She half yelled.
• She was breathing heavily and was enraged already. Leo was still staring at her with a smirk on his lips. Tsk, Tsk, Tsk, he made a clicking sound with his tongue as he tilted his neck facing her.
• " You are one fragile little bunny, so soft and useless!"
• " Why don't you just shut the f**k up and take your lousiness somewhere else!" She retorted and added
• " Let go of me this instant?!
• Almost immediately teachers arrived at the scene and the students started moving to their classes. Nobody wanted to get involved, they wouldn't dare. The student who was injured has also left the scene.
• The teachers sighed deeply, staring at the both of them. " Meet me in my office now!" The head teacher said sternly before taking his leave.
• Leo let go off prudent wrist and tucked his hand inside his pocket. He smirked as he ruffled her hair before heading to the teachers office leaving her all alone in the hallway.
• She stared at her wrist and realized that it had turned red as a result of Leo's grip on it.
• " Such an arrogant jerk" she said inaudibly and also headed for the teachers office.

• They arrived at the teachers office and have been standing there close to an hour. Since they got there the head teacher hasn't said anything.
• He was signing some papers. In fact he has been signing papers since they got to his office.
• He was a man with a bald head, who seemed to be in his late forties. He was the strict type and because of that students were scared of him.
• Prudent was getting tired of standing already and she couldn't take it anymore than to voice out her pain.
• " Sir we've been he...."
• " Shut that trash hole you call a mouth!" The head teacher said sternly, cutting her off.
• " Ohhh... busted" Leo whispered in her ear as he chuckled lightly.
• She glared at him, fuming in anger already. How can the head teacher call her mouth a trash hole and here is Leo making the situation worse.
• " Why were you both fighting?" He asked. " You are siblings for crying out loud, you shouldn't fight all the time!"
• They both shared a stare and bowed their heads.
• " We are sorry sir" they said in unison. They just couldn't wait to get out of there. Classes have started and prudent couldn't wait to get out.
• " Sir, we won't fight again, we promise, right Leo?" She said in her sweetest voice as she kicked him hard on his leg.
• Leo groaned silently and nodded in affirmation with a sweet smile on his face.
• " She's my sister, why would I fight with her?" He asked as the head teacher sighed deeply.
• " Get back to class, both of you," he said as they scurried out immediately.

• THE LUCAS'S MANSION*
• Josh woke up and found himself on the floor. That was when it occurred to him that he slept on the floor yesterday.
• He stood up and a migraine struck him so hard. He held his head and walked over to the mirror, he looked at his face closely and realized it had gotten swollen as a result of what happened yesterday.
• He walked over to a cupboard and brought out an aspirin. He took it with a large amount of water.
• He sat down on his bed as he held his head groaning silently.
• " My head still hurts," he muttered. " Maybe a warm bath might help."
• Immediately he said that he walked into the bathroom to take a quick shower.
• Few minutes he was done. He came out with a towel hanging dangerously low around his waist. He was dripping wet and the sun outside shone directly on his skin making him look like a demigod.
• He carried a blow dryer and dried his hair. After a few minutes he was done, He wore a pink coloured cardigan with a black pants.
• He was feeling cold as a result of him sleeping on the bare floor, that's why he decided to wear a cardigan alongside thick socks.
• After brushing his teeth, his stomach growled loudly as he held it with his hand.
• " No matter what happens, a man must eat before doing anything else" he said with a light smile.
• He rushed downstairs as heading for the diner. He pulled a seat out and sat down.
• " Good morning Mr Josh" A maid greeted. She was the one in charge of the kitchen. She seems to be in her early thirties.
• " Morning olivia, hope you had a blissful night" he said with a smile using his hand to support his chin.
• " That was kind of you to ask sir" she said with a smile. " I had a good night rest, hope you did too"
• " I also had a good night's rest, I dreamt of a damsel" he said with a wink and she blushed looking away.
• He carried an apple as he bit on it before staring at her.
• " Are you flirting with me right now?" He asked and she bowed her head immediately.
• " Am sorry sir"
• " I was just joking, Olivia, you look cute when you are scared." He said as he bit his lower lips.
• " I will go make something for you to eat" she said and scurried off without giving him a space to say anything.
• Still eating his apple, his phone rang. Checking the caller's ID he frowned before answering it.
• 📲 Hello?
• 📲 Good morning darling.
• 📲 Quit the sweet name Tasha, go straight to the point.
• 📲 That was rude, anyways...are you free?
• 📲 Yeah. Why?
• 📲 Do you mind if we go out today... like to have fun?
• 📲 Are you asking me out right now?
• 📲 Yes, so what do you say?
• 📲 I'll pick you up by 5pm.
• 📲 Really? You are the best Josh...I love you.
• She said and hung up immediately making Josh chuckle.
• Olivia brought his meal and he started eating immediately.
