  • I huffed and took the first step, leading him out of my garden. There were a few more pack members running around the town center in their werewolf bodies. This was one of the benefits we were finally separated from the humans. More freedom.
  • We chased each other around the fountain and when I saw he was close to catching me, I jumped through the water. He followed and got so wet and shocked, I wanted to laugh. His eyes narrowed at me and I sprinted between some of the houses, having so much fun. I hadn't felt that good in a while.
  • Reaching me, Blake playfully snapped his jaw at my hind leg and I jumped, avoiding him by a blast. I cackled, not able to believe he let me get out of it. He aligned his body to mine, maintaining the same speed as me. Our gazes crashed and I jumped at him, pushing his body away. He fell on the ground and snorted. I didn't stop running and glanced at him, nearly crashing into a bush. I gasped.
