Chapter 18

• "Hey Johnny, what gives?"
• John looked behind him to find his friend James with the usual cigarette between his lips coming towards him. He was actually cleaning a car before James called him and he immediately returned to his work. He had earlier driven Nico to a strange rural area and during the journey, the car had been soaked in dust. He felt it his responsibility to clean it himself instead of delegating someone to it like Jack or others would do.
• "How's the morning?", John responded, continuing his work with extra vigor. He hated cigarette smoke.
