Chapter 6 “Introduction To Their Identities”

  • When the British guy noticed Sabrina lying unconscious, he quickly approached her, retrieving a handkerchief from his pocket to stem the bleeding from her wound. "Stupid girl," he muttered with a hint of frustration, securing the makeshift bandage. Gently, he lifted her frail form and carefully laid her down on the sofa, ensuring her comfort.
  • Soon after, he called for the first man, who arrived within a few minutes. The first man's gaze fell upon Sabrina, her motionless figure sprawled on the couch, and the blood staining the floor. Concern etched his face as he asked, "What happened?"
  • Without uttering a word, the British guy abruptly ended the call he had initiated to the doctor. His expression remained enigmatic, giving no clear indication of whether he was truly worried or not.
  • "In her attempt to end her own life, she cut her wrist," the British guy nonchalantly stated, his voice tinged with boredom. The first man hurriedly approached Sabrina, inspecting the tightly bound handkerchief around her injured wrist. Concern etched his features as he assessed the severity of the situation.
  • "Did you call the doctor?" the first man asked, his voice filled with urgency. The British guy simply nodded, his attention diverted as he retrieved a file from his desk.
  • "Once she regains consciousness, please try to handle the situation with care," the first man pleaded with the British guy, aware that there would be dire consequences for Sabrina once she recovered.
  • "You stay out of this," the British guy responded firmly, his tone leaving no room for argument. The first man let out a sigh, his gaze shifting back to Sabrina, his worry evident in his eyes.
  • As the doctor finished bandaging Sabrina's wound and reassured them of her recovery, the first man stood by her side. Meanwhile, the British guy remained seated at his study table, engrossed in reading a file.
  • "The doctor said she'll be fine. We should give her something once she regains consciousness," the doctor's words echoed in the room as he left. The first man approached the British guy, taking a seat opposite him.
  • "It's not easy to handle her," the first man confessed, his gaze shifting towards Sabrina. Following his line of sight, the British guy glanced at her as well, his expression unreadable.
  • The British Guy remained silent, engrossed in his work, while the first man sat in a tense silence, waiting for her to regain consciousness. After approximately two hours, Sabrina stirred in her sleep, her head throbbing with pain. As she opened her eyes, she found herself in an unfamiliar place, struggling to make sense of her surroundings.
  • Seeing her awake, the first man approached her cautiously, extending his hand in a gesture of support. However, overwhelmed and still consumed by distrust, Sabrina's instinctual reaction was to slap his hand away from her shoulders, a clear indication that she wanted no physical contact.
  • Her voice quivered as she pleaded with vulnerability, her fear and apprehension palpable. "Don't touch me," she implored, her weak tone emphasizing the deep-rooted mistrust and trauma she had developed from her past experiences. Having been forcibly confined, she yearned for personal space and autonomy, harboring a strong desire to protect herself from any further harm. The gesture was not only a rejection of physical touch but also a manifestation of her need for control and boundaries.
  • As Sabrina glanced at both men, she felt a mix of fear, frustration, and confusion. The first man's muttered comment about her being stubborn added to her discomfort, but she chose to ignore it. The British guy, on the other hand, stood nearby, observing the situation with his hands casually tucked into his pant pockets, giving off an air of nonchalance.
  • Feeling dizzy and overwhelmed, Sabrina's gaze shifted downward towards her lap, seeking solace in the familiar sight. Her hand throbbed with pain, a constant reminder of her impulsive and desperate act. She wrestled with her emotions, unsure of what lay ahead and what her next move should be. The room fell into an uneasy silence, with each person contemplating their own thoughts and uncertain about what would happen next.
  • "I think, for a time being, we should not talk about anything else," 1st man said, on which Sabrina looks towards him with a blank face.
  • "Hi, I'm Vidhant Mittal," person A said, while putting his hand in front of Sabrina. Sabrina looks towards his hand, and then towards his face. Suddenly her sight went towards the other person who was observing her every action silently.
  • Her mind was denying, but her heart was saying to trust them.
  • Sabrina's mind and heart were engaged in a battle, torn between the instinct to protect herself and the faint glimmer of hope that these men might be different from her previous experiences. She hesitated for a moment, contemplating whether she should accept the hand extended towards her.
  • As she looked into the eyes of the first man, Vidhant Mittal, she sensed a genuine sincerity in his gaze. His introduction offered a glimpse of his identity, a small step towards establishing a connection. Sabrina's gaze then shifted to the other man, the British guy who had been observing her silently. His stoic expression made it difficult for her to gauge his intentions.
  • Despite her reservations, a small flicker of trust began to emerge within Sabrina. Perhaps it was her desperation to find a way out of her current situation or the possibility that these men could be her ticket to freedom. With a hesitant yet determined look, she reached out and shook Vidhant's hand, accepting his introduction and silently hoping that her decision would lead to a positive outcome.
  • "I'm Sabrina," she said in an inaudible voice because of weakness, on which Vidhant gave her a sweet smile, and while turning towards the other man, he said,
  • "And he is Sebastian Knight," Vidhant said, on which Sabrina's mouth hung open in shock after hearing his name. Sebastian Knight, the name that echoed in the world of business as the infamous assassin. She had read countless articles about his ruthlessness and dominance, but she had never seen his face until now.
  • Sabrina's mind raced with a mix of fear, curiosity, and disbelief. She had unwittingly found herself in the presence of someone known for his cold-heartedness and lethal tactics. The weight of the situation sank in, and her body tensed with unease.
  • Sebastian Knight remained composed, his expression betraying nothing. He had earned a reputation that struck fear into the hearts of many, and Sabrina couldn't help but wonder what his involvement meant for her. Was he the captor or the key to her escape? Her thoughts swirled in a whirlwind of uncertainty as she tried to make sense of the unfolding circumstances.
  • As Sabrina looked into Sebastian's eyes, she saw a glimmer of something beyond the rumors and articles. There was an intensity that commanded attention, but she also detected a hint of enigma, an unspoken complexity that intrigued her. It was as if beneath the facade of power and danger, there might be more to this man than met the eye.
  • Sabrina's mind raced, torn between the cautionary tales she had heard and the possibility that Sebastian Knight could be an unexpected ally in her quest for freedom. She wondered if there was a reason he had chosen to reveal his identity to her, and if there was a chance he could help her escape the clutches of captivity.
  • With a mix of apprehension and a flicker of hope, Sabrina mustered the courage to meet Sebastian's gaze and silently hoped that her encounter with the notorious Sebastian Knight would lead her closer to the answers she desperately sought.
  • "Full name Samarth Sebastian Knight," Vidhant said further, causing Sabrina's shock to shift into confusion. She gave Sebastian Knight a peculiar look and questioned in Hindi/Urdu, "Ye iss angraiz ki aulaad ka Naam desi kyn hay? (Why does this son of an Englishman have an Asian name?)"
  • Vidhant couldn't contain his laughter and burst into a fit of chuckles, finding Sabrina's remark amusing. Meanwhile, Samarth, still unfamiliar with the language, looked at them with a puzzled expression, unable to comprehend what had just been said.
  • (Samarth Sebastian Knight, age 29, is of mixed Indian and British heritage. Despite spending his entire life in the UK, he does not speak Hindi due to the early loss of his mother at the age of 4. Samarth has a distinct British appearance and is renowned in the business world as Sebastian Knight or Seb Knight. Known for his ruthless nature, he has gained a reputation as an assassin, swiftly acquiring companies under his "Knight's Group of Companies" for the past 4 to 5 years. Samarth's character holds many hidden layers and complexities that will be revealed later in the story.
  • Vidhant Mittal, age 28, is the heir to the Mittal Group of Companies. He is Samarth's cousin and his father is the brother of Samarth's late mother. Vidhant has been living in London with Samarth for the past three years, forging a close bond with him. As a supporting character, Vidhant plays a significant role in the narrative and adds depth to the overall story.)
  • Seb's order for Vidhant to leave and give them privacy left Sabrina with a sinking feeling. She desperately wanted to hold Vidhant back, to have someone familiar and trustworthy by her side, especially now that she knew the true identity of the enigmatic second man. Sebastian Knight's reputation as a powerful and ruthless figure in the business world made her apprehensive about being alone with him.
  • As Vidhant obediently exited the room, Sabrina's anxiety heightened. The weight of the situation pressed down on her, leaving her feeling vulnerable and uncertain. She realized that she had no choice but to face Sebastian Knight, a man whose intentions and motives remained shrouded in mystery. Her heart raced as she braced herself for a potentially intense and unpredictable conversation, her mind filled with questions and doubts.
  • Sabrina's instincts told her to be cautious, to keep her guard up in the presence of someone like Sebastian Knight. She resolved to stay strong and assertive, determined not to let her fear overpower her. The stakes were high, and she knew she had to navigate this encounter with caution and self-preservation.
