Chapter 3

• Each conversation between Lee and his business partner, Mr Chung has been a very fruitful one from time past, that Lee became so excited as he saw his call coming in, for he is going to make a whole lot of money from his business with Mr Chung. He picks his call, and their conversation went like this...
• "Hello Mr Chung!" Said Lee
• "Hello Mr Lee!" Said Mr Chung
• "It feels so great to hear from you today,! How's family and business sir?"
• "All doing wonderfully well... What about business at your end too? And very soon, we all will start asking about your own family too...right? " Mr Chung asked Lee, and they both laughed... and Lee answered,
• "Yes... For sure sir, thank you sir!" Said Lee
• "Very well then, that is good!" Said Mr Chung and continued...
• "Well.... I called to find out if you have gotten those different sizes of electronics I asked you to get for my customers. And remember, they would be sending their agents to come pick them up this weekend. And you know we just have 6 days left for this week to be over. I believe I told you, right?"
• Yes Sir, you did! And I still remember. Do not pannic sir, because every single item you demanded for would be ready by tomorrow, unfailingly! Just trust my word! I always deliver without wasting time, right Sir?"
• "Sure Mr Lee... And that is the reason I always enjoy doing business with you man... You are just amazing! Thank you so much Mr Lee!"
• "I am most honoured Sir! I will call you tomorrow when they are ready, so that I can asked my guys to deliver them all to you without delays".
• "Very well then, Mr Lee. I would be so glad to see them when they arrive ! Thank you!"
• "You are most welcome Mr Chung!" Thank you so much Sir!"
• They ended the call, and shortly after Lee was done with his discussion with his business associate, he called Ming Yue straight away, to complete his conversation with her. She picked and they continued...
• "I am so sorry for the delay baby, it was a very good business call".
• "Okay I understand".
• "So tell me Ming Yue, why did you leave your parents house for your aunt's place. What happened?"
• "Actually, my mom and dad became very poor when my dad lost all he had, and we could barely feed just once a day. So he asked me to go to my aunt's place, and my younger brother to go to my uncle's place. They actually came to our house to pick us up, and took us to their various homes. That is how I found myself here in my aunt's place. While my parents are managing their lives in the village".
• "Wow! This is so sympathetic! I am so sorry my dear... But do not worry okay, all will be well for you guys again, okay...?"
• "Yes sir, I believe that too".
• "Thank you sir". She concluded.
• "Please have I not told you to drop that Sir thing, Ming Yue?" Lee asked
• "I'm sorry, you did, Mr Lee"
• "Ha ha ha ha ha...." Lee laughed
• Within a few seconds pause into their conversation, Lee said to himself,
• "Should I ask her out right away, or I should let her be for now, for it may be too sudden. Or should I just let her know my intentions towards her straight up, or what?". And then he asked,
• "Please can you do me a favour, would it be possible?"
• "What could that be please..? And it would be possible, if it is within my capacity to do it for you". Ming Yue said.
• "Alright then..."
• "Please, I would love to see you in camera , so we could talk and discuss at length. Hope you do not mind?" He asked
• Ming Yue replied...
• "Well... I would not know for now... But whenever I am asked to go do or get something outside the house, I would let you know".
• Alright then, I would be expect you. N I am waiting to see you..."
• "Thank you Mr Lee... You have made my night special by calling me. Now I feel a whole lot relieved".
• "It's nothing pretty lady... I care that is the reason, okay...?
• "Thank you Mr Lee"
• "You are welcome my pretty!"
• "See you soon ... And sweet dreams" He said
• "See you soon... And do have a pleasant night rest too" She responded.
• They both ended the call and went to bed. And all through that night, Lee just could not catch any sleep. He was just thinking about his new found friend in Ming Yue. He kept hoping that she would find time to meet with him so they could sit and talk. And as he was thinking aloud, his phone began to ring...he quickly picked it up, and saw that it was Ming Yue calling. Within a few seconds, he picked the call and said...
• "Hi my love... Please let me call you back!".
• Immediately he dropped the call, he called her back again, and he said...
• "I just could not find sleep my love... So I decided to use that time to fill my head with the thought of you. I know it's actually because of you, I could not sleep"
• "Please I let me just use this opportunity to tell you how I feel about you before it is too late for me. I wanted to tell you earlier, but did not know how you were going to feel about the whole thing, for you may see it as being too sudden, and you may also think I am just trying to play games with you".
• "Actually Mr Lee, that is my purpose for calling you tonight as well". Said Ming Yue, and continued...
• "I have never felt this way for any other man before, but immediately I saw you, I just felt the connection between us instantly! And I just could not resist calling you tonight. And that is why I gave you my contact, so we could be talking from time to time. Even if it's just on phone for now, I would be fine with it".
• "Wait a minute please... You just said that "you have never felt this way for any other man before". Please I want to ask you, and please be sincere with me. Well, I trust you my dear! So tell me... Are you a virgin?"
• "Yes, I just said so. And the answer to your question is...YES, I AM A VIRGIN?"
• "Wow.... Wowwww... Wowwwwwww.... This is amazingly amazing mehnnn...! I searched for a wife, and now I have gotten more than a wife! Jeeezzzz!"
• "Please hold on a moment Mr Lee, you just said you searched for a wife?"
• "Yeah... Baby! I just said that! Do you have a problem with that?"
• "Not really, I was just wondering, because you never said anything pertaining to you searching for a wife all these while".
• "Yeah I never said so, but the truth is...we have not spent much time knowing each other. Remember, we just met, and this is just our second time conversing, you know..."
• "Yeah... You are right!"
• Well... Don't you worry girl, I would let you in on so many things in my mind, okay...? And more so, I only used an expression, which simply means that, "I needed a good woman in my life, and now I have found the best of all the good women on earth!"
• Ming Yue laughed and said to Lee...
• "You are such an hilarious man, I must say! I will take that as a compliment. So I say thank you to it!"
• You are welcome my pretty baby! See you soon... Lee said
• "Alright dear... See you soon...!" Ming Yue replied
• Now they can both sleep and enjoy their bedtime. They ended the call and fell asleep like babies...
