Chapter 6 Another Hot Night

  • “Hey, who is he?" Jena asked as she and Boy approached Dhea, who was waiting for the two colleagues near the baggage claim, at the domestic arrivals terminal building at I Gusti Ngurah Rai airport in Bali.
  • Dhea usually orders a seat a bit in the front, because she doesn't like going too far back.
  • In contrast to Dhea, her two colleagues prefer to be behind, because they feel more comfortable.
  • This made Jena and Boy of course not know Hannan, who had been on the plane sitting in the seat next to Dhea.
  • So, when she saw Dhea talking with Hannan, of course, Jena would wonder.
  • “Oh? He is Hannan, my friend. Hannan, Sir, they are Jena and Boy, my co-workers who are also going to South Korea with me," said Dhea, introducing the three of them.
  • The three of them shook hands and said their names.
  • "Are your friends going to the office too after this?" Hannan asked Dhea.
  • "Yes, we just want to give a brief report to the boss," answered Dhea.
  • “Well, if that's the case, let's go together, in the same car with us," said Hannan.
  • "Eh? Is it okay, Sir?" asked Dea surprised.
  • "It's okay. After all, our destination are same," Hannan replied.
  • “Jena, Boy, you two got to the office with me, okay? Do you want?" Dhea asked with a little force.
  • "Yes, if you don't bother," said Jena.
  • Dhea nodded and then gasped slightly when Hannan took her boarding pass.
  • "Eh? What do you want to do?" ask Dhea.
  • "I wanna see your luggage number because wanna take your suitcase," Hannan replied.
  • "Oh? No need Sir. My suitcase is easy to spot," said Dhea. "Yellow, with Minions on it."
  • “Huh?”
  • Dhea grimaced when she found Hannan who looked at her in disbelief then pointed at the conveyor and said again, “Minions Sir. The yellow one, please?”
  • Hannan finally could only take a deep breath before stepping onto the conveyor and picking up a large yellow suitcase with Minions on it, then stayed there to pick up his suitcase.
  • "Now I know the reason you refuse Mr.Boss's wedding proposal. Turns out you already have a boyfriend," Jena teased when they were alone because Boy took the suitcase.
  • "Oh my gosh, it's not like that, Jena. Hannan is Clarinta's boyfriend's best friend. Last month we met for the first time, then we accidentally met again on the plane because we were sitting next to each other," said Dhea.
  • Jena nodded her head a few times, but the woman's face still looked seductive to Dhea.
  • However, Dhea is grateful that her co-worker is no longer speaking. Either because she didn't want to interfere further, or because it was Hannan who had already stepped towards them. “Thank you, Sir," said Dhea, holding out her hand to take over her suitcase.
  • "Let me bring this for you," said Hannan, then grabbed Dhea's hand.
  • "Sir....“
  • "Your hands are getting hotter. Do you want to go to the doctor after we go to your office?”
  • Hannan ignored the code from Dhea who felt uncomfortable and asked that the grip be released. He even pulled Dhea closer.
  • "Eh? Uh… no need. I'll just rest and I'll be fine again."
  • Hannan nodded and then invited everyone to go to the parking lot when he saw Boy who had taken his suitcase and Jena's.
  • »Guide Me to Your Heart«
  • “Are you really okay to wait here for a bit?” Dhea asked for the umpteenth time when she was about to leave Hannan in the car, while she had to report to the boss for a moment.
  • Jena and Boy had entered first after unloading the luggage and thanking Hannan.
  • Meanwhile, Dhea approached Hannan from the door on the man's right, because the window was open.
  • “Yes, of course, it's okay. After all, I'm not waiting for you until tomorrow morning," replied Hannan, who got a reply in the form of a chuckle from Dhea.
  • “Okay, if that's the case. Wait a moment, Sir," said Dhea, then entered the office after Hannan nodded his head.
  • That girl walked slowly because her head was suddenly dizzy again, and was immediately greeted with a big smile by the boss.
  • “Dhea, Jena and Boy said, you are sick. Why come here instead of going straight home? Where's your suitcase?" ask Maha successively.
  • “Just not feeling well, Sir. I'm just here to give my report. And my suitcase is in my friend's car," answered Dhea while handing over a pile of files.
  • “Are you picked up by your friend? Really bumpy," asked Maha surprised.
  • “We accidentally met on the plane. Earlier, Jena and Boy were also with us here from the airport," answered Dhea. "Well Sir, I want to go back first. My head is dizzy again.”
  • “Okay, okay. Come on, I'll take you to the car.”
  • “Uh? No need Sir. I can do it myself.”
  • “I don't want you to be in trouble, even though the distance from here to the parking lot is close. Come on."
  • Dhea could only grumble in her heart but still, obey her boss.
  • When she got outside, she was amazed at Hannan who was standing outside the car with his arms folded across his chest.
  • That man leaned against the door of his Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with his glasses still on.
  • "Hello, Dhea's friend, huh? I'm Maha, Dhea's boss,” said Prana while extending his right hand to Hannan, who was greeted without a word. "Take care of Dhea, okay?
  • “She lives alone. If there's anything, you can call my office."
  • For a moment, behind his sunglasses, Hannan scanned Maha from head to toe, then up again.
  • "No need to bother. Because I will of course take good care of my girlfriend. But, thank you for your attention," said Hannan then led Dhea to another door, so that the girl could come in immediately.
  • “Sir, what are you doing? Why are you talking about girlfriends?" Dhea protested in a whisper so that Maha wouldn't hear.
  • “Get into the car, Dhea Safarani,” said Hannan.
  • “Tsk! How annoying!” Dhea complained, but still obeyed and got into the car.
  • After making sure that Dhea was wearing her safety belt correctly, the man who works as a lawyer closed the door next to Dhea and walked around the car to get in and sit in his seat.
  • Hannan ignored Maha's presence there and chose to drive his car straight away.
  • “Shall we go to the doctor?" Hannan offered.
  • "I don't want to, Sir, I want to go to the boarding house and sleep," Dhea refused.
  • "Well then, I'll call my doctor to come to your boarding house," said Hannan.
  • “Uh? No need. The owner of the boarding house will be excited if someone is sick. I do not want.”
  • “Well, then let's go to my house and let the doctor go there. You spend the night at my house until you okay.”
  • “Hah? Why is that? No, I'm not comfortable."
  • "Feel not comfortable with who?”
  • “With you, of course.”
  • “Tsk! A month ago you just let me stay at your boarding house. Why do you feel bad now?”
  • “Hm… that's a different context, Sir."
  • "Anyway, you stay at my house until you feel better, so I don't think about it".”
  • »Guide Me to Your Heart«
  • Hannan breathed a sigh of relief when the doctor who examined Dhea said that that girl just lacked rest and was tired.
  • So, she should get a lot of rest after dinner and take medicine later.
  • This made Hannan finally choose to cook their dinner because he wanted Dhea to get the best.
  • "Thanks, Sir, for bothering you to take care of me," said Dhea after they both finished eating.
  • Hannan glanced at Dhea briefly because he was preparing medicine and vitamins for that girl to drink at this time.
  • "I don't bother, okay? Besides… I still want to wait for you to answer my request,” said Hannan.
  • That man handed Dhea two pills and a multivitamin, as well as a glass of water which that girl accepted without a word.
  • Without responding to Hannan's words, Dhea immediately drank it and then handed the glass back.
  • Carefully, Hannan cleaned up their used utensils and washed them in the kitchen.
  • Dhea herself still feels comfortable sitting on the barstool, because she knows that after this Hannan will continue the conversation.
  • And sure enough, that man came back to Dhea as soon as his work was done. He turned the barstool that Dhea was sitting on so that the girl was facing him.
  • “Dhea, be my girlfriend, okay?” Hannan asked.
  • Even though the barstool she is sitting on is quite high, to see Hannan's face, Dhea has to keep her head up.
  • She bit her lower lip a little, unsure of what to say.
  • "Why me?" asked Dea. "Why did you ask me to be your girlfriend?”
  • “Because from the first time I met you, I was already interested in you," Hannan replied. "Then after we spend the day together, I know that I have to be with you.
  • “I don't want you to be with another man, whoever it is."
  • “But… I won't be restrained will I?”
  • “About that, depends later. Because our version of 'restricted' can be different. Later we can agree, about what can and can't be done.”
  • Dhea seemed to think for a moment, before finally nodding her head. "Yeah, I want to. But… it doesn't matter if I… hm… don't have feelings for you yet?”
  • “It’s okay. I’ll make you love me soon.”
  • “Just try.”
  • “Now, let's go to the room. You're already sweaty."
  • "Yeah, suddenly hot.”
  • “I haven't done anything to you though. But you're already sweaty."
  • "Tsk! This is the effect of the drugs, Sir, the effect of the drugs.”
  • Hannan chuckled softly seeing Dhea who pursed her lips, then lifted the girl into a sling.
  • “Let's go to the room. You must rest."
  • “We are in one room?”
  • “Of course, Dhea. At that time, we weren't even dating. We slept together. So, why we must sleep separately when we already being a couple?"
  • “But you won't do anything to me, will you? I'm still weak .”
  • “No, don't worry. I don't have the heart either because nothing has been done yet, you're already sweating."
  • “Uh! This is the effect of the drugs, Sir. I already told you, oh my gosh!”
  • Hannan chuckled again and then stole a short kiss on Dhea's lips before he laid his lover on the bed.
