- “Hey, beautiful.”
- Jennah smiled. “Hey.” She looked around her and recognized her own bedroom. As much as she wanted to believe she was tucked up in her own bed, her conscious side knew better. They were in a dream. “Aren’t you supposed to be rescuing me?”
- His chuckle filled her mind and vibrated through her whole body. “That is the plan. I wanted to let you get some rest before I disturbed it.”
