Chapter 31 Feelings

• I was avoiding Rain like a plague and storm out of my chamber letting Durwin and Maven took care of him. My heart was torn knowing that my enemies had found out about him. That I have put him in danger. This was not what I wanted for him, for us.
• Cassius, my once loyal general who decided to start his own legion of demons found out about us. He knew that my lover was my downfall, my weakness. He knew that I was cast down from heaven for the exact same reason, my mate. He realized that it would be easier and faster just to abduct Rain, rather than luring him romantically.
