Chapter 6

• "Raymond. I am sorry. Please listen to me." I tried to calm his anger but to no avail. I could feel under my fingernail that something absolutely terrifying is about to happen. My heart thumped against my chest filled with distress and scare.
• We sat in the car as I opened my mouth to speak but his one death-stare was enough to shut me up. The fear that was consuming me was written all over my face.
• We stopped in front of a hospital. My body was shaking uncontrollably. He stopped the car and yanked me to him and said in aggravated tone,
• "You shall learn what happened when you disobey me." Upon hearing these words my body became numb. What has he done? I muster some courage and said in a barely whisper tone,
• "please... no... I am sorry Raymond..." But to no avail as his grip on my arms tighten,
• "Shut. It."He ordered as the tears were on the verge of my eyes. If it's about me I'm gonna fight with him until my last ounce of strength but it's about my family; my weakness. I told mum not to do anything. I am so scared of what he has done.
• We reached the reception and entered a room. My eyes widened in shock,I didn't expect him to go that Far.
• My Brother is Lying on the Bed.
• I gasped and put my hand over my mouth, I began to cry out loud. I was about to rush to his side but he held my elbow and pushed me to him and said in a dire tone.
• "I told you. You are mine. You can't escape me. Do something like that again and I'm gonna show you punishment worse than that. Got it?"
• I nodded as tears began to fall down without any halt. I began to cry as he moved his hands from my elbow to my waist and brought me close. I was sobbing, letting out my agony. He pulled me close, my vision was blurred due to tears. He rubbed his thumb in a soothing manner and said,
• "Shh..It's alright..He's gonna wake up soon.."
• Raymond POV:-
• I saw my beloved Violet crying and it hurt me and made me realize I have truly gone too far. I shouldn't have done it but my penitence now cannot make things right.
• Or will it let it make things right?
• I pulled her close to me and began to console her,
• "Shh.. It's alright... He's gonna wake up soon."I began to caress her back as she didn't push me away and continued to cry clutching my shirt between her fingers tightly.
• "Please... don't do anything like this.. take it out on me.. but please. .don't hurt them.."She whispered in a croaked voice, resting her hands on my chest. I moved my hand from her back to her cheeks and began to caress them as I spoke in a gentle tone,
• "I can't hurt you..." I can't.
• "Now tell me. Are you gonna do something like this again?" I asked,.
• "..No.." She said in an inaudible voice but It's not enough. I held her chin making her look at me.
• "Are You?" I said with coldness lingering off from my voice. She needs to learn.
• "N-No.." She stuttered. Finally. At least she has some fear of me in her heart now.
• Then her mother entered as she get away from me. She wiped her tears and her mother gave us an astonished look.
• "Oh my God! What happened to him?" She asked worriedly.
• "It's nothing serious Ma'am. It was an accident. He'll wake up soon."I explained to her.
• "Oh thank God.." She exhaled in relief as I began to say.
• "Ma'am. Where was Violet?" I asked her on purpose.
• "Wasn't She's with you? Or in the Bakery?" She asked.
• "No. She was running away. Don't you know about it?" I asked her as she looked shocked and scared.
• "No! No one has anything to do with it!"She almost yelled in her defense.
• "Now. Hush Violet."I said sternly.
• "..No..." She whispered and looked down as her mother said,
• "Yes. I knew. Her Aunt was sick and she can't attend her marriage so I sent her for a one day visit there to receive her Elder's blessing. To Germany. " Her mother explained calmly.
• "I see... You should have told me then Violet" I told her.
• "You weren't listening" She said in a cold tone And that courageous Violet is Back. She knew I wont do anything in her mother's presence. That's why she acted this way.
• "Ma'am I am taking her to my home." I announced. Too much to my Violet's shock.
• "Why?" Her mother asked.
• "So that she won't go on visits like that again"
• "No." Her mother sternly said.
• "Ma'am you need to be with Kenneth,besides you can't leave her home alone, do you?"I asked. Her mother gets it, I can do anything and said,
• "Okay. Ask her."
• I grabbed Violet's waist and said to her,
• "You don't have a problem? Do you Violet?"I asked sweetly as the seriousness in my eyes are enough for her to obey.
• "No.. I don't.." She said looking down.
• Violet kissed her brother's forehead and hugged her mother as me and Violet excused ourselves.
• As soon as we sat in the car I yanked her arms toward me and said in a grave tone,
• "Don't you think I have forgiven you that easily." I said as I began to drive.
• Raymond POV:-
• Violet squeaked from my fast driving but didn't dare to speak. Good. She should know when to speak. We reached home as I rushed to Violet's side and opened her door and offered my hand, she hesitantly took my hand as we went inside. Celine saw us and began to yell,
• "RAYBRO!! YOU BRING SISTER HOME!!? CAN'T YOU WAIT? THERE ARE STILL 2 DAYS LEFT!!"
• "I know. Something has happened and she's gonna stay with us until marriage." I told her.
• "What Happened?!" She asked.
• "Nothing." I said as I took Violet hand to take her to her room but Celine interrupted,
• "WHERE DO YOU THINK YOU ARE GOING BROTHER?! COME VIOLET.I'LL SHOW YOU YOUR ROOM!" Celine exclaimed as she was about to take her hand I said in a serious tone,
• "You can take her to her room later. We need to talk about something first." Before Celine could interrupt I took her away.
• I took Violet to my room. I locked the door as Violet gasped in fright by hearing the 'click' sound. I took a step towards her as she took a step back,
• "G-Get A-Away" She Shuddered. Before her back hit the wall I turned her and pushed her against the wall. My chest was firmly pressed against her back as I moved to her ears and inhaled her sweet scent. Her Scent is so addictive. I bit her ears and whispered ,
• "How dare you try to to leave me..."
• "Please... I am Sorry.." She plead,
• "Didn't I tell you that you can't escape me..."I told her huskily.
• "Raymond..please...stop" She begged me to stop.
• "Make me..." I whispered seductively in her ears.
• "I am sorry. I will never disobey you again." She said almost panting.
• "If you Disobey me ever again,there will be consequences worse than the last one.Got it?"
• She nodded weakly.
• "That's a good girl." I said as I released my grip on her. She turned to me as she was shivering with fear, she was about to leave but I held her wrist making her stop. And ordered her,
• "Compose yourself . I don't want Celine to find you in that condition."
• I told her as I left her alone soon to be "Our Room".
