Chapter 36 Brianna- Chapt- Two

• Brianna (POV)
• I can’t believe the day I just had. I am through with men. My boyfriend of four years decides to break up with me informing me he has been seeing other women behind my back. And he did this in public at lunch just so I wouldn’t make a scene. I am angry and hurt all at the same time. I walk into my high-rise condo that my father paid for and walked into my room digging out all my now ex-boyfriend's clothes and toiletries placing them in a trash bag. I walk out and down the hall to the trash shoot and begin to throw his things down into it. I already made a call to a locksmith to have the lock change on my door and informed the doorman and security that Benjamin Walker is no longer allowed in the building whatsoever. With the dirty task of throwing out his belongings, I went back into my condo and locked my door. I went into my huge bathroom and began to fill my large tub adding floral fragrant bubbles and turned on the whirlpool jets.
• I need this time and just soak. I walk out to my bar and grab a bottle of white wine and a glass. Then walked back into my bath and stripped down and stepped into the perfect temp bathwater. I opened the bottle, poured out a glass of wine, and took a long sip. Sighing I placed the glass on the wide ledge of the tub and leaned back and relaxed. I promised myself I wouldn’t cry and so far, no tears fell. He is not deserving of my tears. The jerk. I reached towards the wall where my control panel was close by the tub and turned on some soft music. This is what I need. Not a man. Just a nice soaking in a bath full of bubbles and wine, listening to soft soothing music.
