Chapter 26 Mitchell- Chapt- Eight

• I couldn’t lie to her as she guessed the truth. I know I can trust her with it. I felt it in the bond. I also felt how she was slowly in acceptance of it as I spoke of my brother’s mate.
• At work, I must give Kellie credit. No one would have guessed anything was different. She did all her work and even smiled at me a few times. So, I feel hopeful. I know she will need time to think things over so I promised her I will give her the time she needs. The one thing I failed to mention to her is…the bond as it strengthens between us will become difficult to ignore and she will want to be nearer to me. It is a pull that will get so strong she will crave only me. I couldn’t tell her because what she already found out is a lot for her to take at this point.
