Chapter 59
- Jude stiffened, and I twisted my head to glance back at Eti. His blues were so hard and pissed, but that was all I could read on them. He was becoming a closed book for me once more. My heart jumped in misery, and I whimpered, tears flooding my cheeks. I bit my lip as J squeezed me further into him.
- “I have photos of him,” I added, seeing Jude was still not budging. Why was the bond between him and that disgusting Samuel so strong that he doubted even my words? Because they were both so alike—monsters. “He wanted me to remain silent about his obsession, unless I wanted to die!” I wailed and trembled like a thin leaf during a stormy night.
- “Zayn, Carter!” Jude called out, and the two guys who had been gossiping a few minutes ago rushed to us. “Find Samuel and throw him into prison! Prepare him for a Purge!”
