- Anna was literally rolling on the sofa in laughter.
- “And he thought he’d be able to get my ass this whole time!” she rasped in tears.
- “I know, right.” I smirked and took a big gulp out of my soda. When her laughter doubled, I said, “Quiet, you don’t want him to hear you, right?”
