- As soon as the door is closed, I sense that the woman is becoming anxious and her eyes keep looking around the room as if she is expecting someone to come out of hiding.
- I turn two armchairs towards the window and I sit down in one, while I gesture at her to sit down in the other. The window in front of us is wide open and I can tell that it is making her feel a bit better.
