  • The Alpha’s POV
  • Rumors are going on in my pack. Words of the human girl being alive were infiltrating amongst the people, and I knew it was only a matter of time before news spread. I don’t know how they knew she was in my custody. Or the decision I made to take her into my abode. No one had been able to confront me yet, and they were scared too, I knew. I was one to be respected and feared, but I also knew their safety mattered a lot; they were my people and deserved to be safe and happy without having to think of the dangerous human folks.
