Chapter 8 The Great Enemy

• Weekend is over. Tomorrow is Monday. Francis is back at his place as he would usually be at this time. He goes and does everything from Friday night to Sunday forenoon but he makes sure that he is at home by Sunday evening. There are always countless things that need his attention the next day that is why he should be at his best before that.
• Even as a young school boy, he had been always known as one who took matters seriously. He had always achieved the best a student could. That coupled with his very high IQ had always placed him at the highest rank. He was always rewarded as outstanding in all stages of his entire student career. Inside the campus, he was nothing but popular. He was competent in all areas that included the activities outside the classroom. Everyone was his friend.
• He wasn’t that of a pretty boy but his gregariousness and exemplary performance in and outside the classroom attracted many girls hovering around him. He was already a playboy even during university days.
