Chapter 15 The Bud

• She is not planning to wake up until nine since it is Sunday. She is past sleepy already but she wants to enjoy the comfort of her bed a little more. And who wouldn’t? Minutes later she heard voices outside. He mother’s friends came over. The voices are getting louder , she can hear them very clearly, they are at the garden which is just the other side of her bedroom wall. She didn’t need to peep through her window, she can hear Sarah’s loudest voice. She is the jokester of the peer. Linda laughs the most but she is the wisest among the three. Her mom, Minda, is the beauty. When the three gather together, there is tons of laughter and unending stories. The three never run out of fun things to do all the while just in the garden. Unlike many other aging women who find their pleasure going to bars, spa or any other stuffs that required money, the three do everything without going anywhere. Of course, they go out from time to time for shopping and all , they go to parties and sometimes visit some friends but nothing goes beyond that.
• She could hear that the three are eating chips and there are clinking of bottles as well. Usual habit, she figured.
• “Do you really believe in love free of any need?” it was a question from Sarah.
