Chapter 10 Outlandish

• The past few days had been too busy for Carrie she barely has time to sit and chit-chat with her mother. When she is home, Minda is somewhere else and by the time her mother is back, she would then be fast asleep. Just the other day, she went with him for a meeting with someone. The good thing is Francis wasn’t pressuring her on anything. Because actually, there is another secretary who is working at the headquarter office of the organization. What is expected from her is just little things that doesn’t require special skills. She is just there to mainly assist the CEO because the real secretary cannot come along with him.
• So they are done visiting the other branch of Applebeans in the afternoon that day. The CEO just wanted to see and meet the managers like her routinely does.
• Pakad is a two and a half hour drive from Central Town so they had to start early at seven o’clock this morning. On the way home from visiting branch four, Carrie is sitting at the backseat alone while Francis is on the stirring. The driver is driving another car where all three managers from AppleBeans Hypermarkets in Central Town are in.
