Chapter 14
- Ria struggled to get out of the water. One minute ago, she was enjoying the cool breeze and calm effect the water brought to her and the next minute, she was suddenly pushed into the pool.
- The water rushed into her mouth as she opened it to scream. Pressing her hands to hold her nose, Ria was loosing her breath.
- Maybe this was going to be her end. Maybe it was her punishment for leaving Oklahoma for New York.
