Chapter 26

  • "Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love." - Holy Bible, 1 John 4:7-8
  • When Seth and Rachel crossed the gates of the Kingdom of Heaven, Seth was immediately summoned to the Father's throne. Before he left, Rachel hugged him tightly, assuring once more that there was nothing to fear. Seth held her in his arms for quite a long time, and then kissed passionately. He did not want to part with Rachel even for a second, as had only just got her back and wanted to enjoy the presence of his beloved, but he knew well that had to go and talk to Father. Seth painfully released Rachel from his embrace, finally placing a gentle kiss on her forehead and stroking those beautiful red hair. Even after setting off, he would turn around a dozen times to make sure Rachel was still there. Seth still had some fears that his beloved would suddenly disappear and everything that had happened recently would turn out to be some kind of twisted dream. He didn't know how would react if he really did, but Seth felt that he would certainly rely more on the Father and asked for his help. Seth certainly would not repeat the same mistake as before.
  • Walking towards the throne room, as passed the familiar sights, it was only then that Seth realized how much he missed this place, his home, the place where he was born. It also occurred to him that had left Heaven too hastily back then, after all, he might have waited a few years up here until the day of the eclipse was closer. Seth was sure now that the Father would certainly have told him which mortal had Rachel hidden within their soul. At the end Seth also realized how much time he had wasted wandering around the Earth, time in which he could help so many unhappy people... Not only did Seth completely failed his service as a comforter angel, but also doubted the goodness of the Father, left Heaven without His consent and held a grudge against Him. Seth was an angel, but had sinned no less than many people.
