Chapter 38 Cant wait any longer

• Denise entered the living room and sat on the sofa. She then took the remote and turned on the television. She kept changing the channel until she found the comedy film she was looking for. She continues to watch it in the hope that it will make her feel better about her situation.
• While she was watching the movie, she felt someone kiss her on the cheek, and when she looked up, she saw Mike smiling at her. "I miss you, my princess," he said as he approached and sat beside her. Denise simply remains silent. Mike turned to her and lifted her chin with his big fingers when he noticed her upset expression.
