CHAPTER 7: BLOODSHED

• The night is already deep, it was veiled in total silence. The others are probably asleep right now, but here I am, staring stupidly in nothingness as my mind busy contemplating the things that should not concern me in the very first place.
• "Lei," I called my best friend but she just answered me with a snore.
• I heave a deep sigh, pulled my hair in frustration before deciding to stand up. I grab the jacket hanging on the rack and wear it.
